私たち、株式会社パドラーズの企業理念として掲げている言葉は、2013年に渋谷区参宮橋にある、レストランの一角を間借りするコーヒースタンドとして活動をスタートした際に、オープン記念に制作したポストカードに記した “だれかの日常にとっての特別な場所でありたい” という思いの延長線上にあります。
コーヒーショップ、カフェ、レストランの飲食事業を軸に、イベント企画やプロダクトメイキングなどのプロデュース事業も通じて、これからもたくさんの皆さまに特別な日常の時間と場をシェアしてければと思っております。

“Creating spaces for people to gather and share” is our philosophy at PADDLERS COFFEE. It’s what we put on our first postcard when we opened in Spring 2013 as a tiny coffee stand operating out of a corner of a restaurant in Sangubashi, Shibuya, Tokyo. And ever since, it’s been our North Star as we operate with the hope of becoming a special part of our customers’ everyday life.
10+ years later, we’ve expanded our food and beverage business to include bustling coffee shops, cafes, and restaurants, but we didn’t stop there. We’re planning events, launching products, and collaborating with friends and neighbors so that no matter how or where you encounter us, it will always be extraordinary.
